t attack happens when the blood vessels supplying blood the heart stop working. This is either due to a blood clot in the path or by a permanent damage to the blood vessels. Also called as Myocardial infarction, this is considered as one of the deadliest diseases over time. Mostly, it is caused by the blood clot which blocks the pathway of arteries. These arteries transport blood and oxygen the parts. If the heart does not get adequate blood, it strives and dies. Also heart attack is caused by plaque building up in the arteries. Plaque consists of cholesterol and other cells. When plaque builds up in one of the artery it blocks its way; when oxygen gets transmitted over other arteries, the heart stumps. This happens when exercising. Heart attack slowly builds up in our body and shows its fierceness when a trigger initiates it. These triggers include emotional stress, illness or other diseases. The factors that can cause a heart attack are age, diabetes, genetic disorder, smoking, blood pressure, etc. Heart attack can be identified by some symptoms. The major symptom is the chest pain. One may feel pain in the chest, mostly during movement of arms, legs, elbows, necks, etc.
