Obesity

Obesity is caused by overeating; the people could keep on eating they could not have any diet chart for them. When the people take the food in more the foods could be converted into fat and stored in the body. When there are more fat contents in the body they could gradually gain weight. The people should try to dissolve these fat contents by doing some hard works that needs lot of energy. When the people don’t do nay work or exercise they could gain this problem. The people who have this problem should first try to stop eating what ever they feel to eat; they should strictly follow some diet plans so that they could reduce their weight. If the people are not reducing their weights they could be more health problems in them. First they could do any work then their normal heart functions could not be proper that the blood supply to the body could be done under more pressure. This could cause their blood pressure to be very high all the time. When the blood pressure is high this is not good for the blood vessels it could burst at any time and cause them to die.
